NetOHM stands for Network of Hindu Minds. NetOHM is an organization of young professionals of every religion, caste or creed who wants to mould their life according to the tenets of Hindu Dharma and philosophy for a wholesome and lively existence . This is where people can learn more about the Hindu This is an organization of New Generation.
What is the background of NetOHM?
Founded by graduates of Hindu Students Council (HSC), NetOHM is a growing organization that has chapters in the major cities of the US . NetOHM promises to be a great movements that will raise Hindu awareness amongst the young Hindu American professionals NetOHM provides ample opportunity for self development at the spiritual and professional level.
What are the objectives of NetOHM?
NetOHM is a non-denominational organization that promotes discussions to engage in meaningful exchange of ideas with objective of increasing cultural & spiritual knowledge. It brings together people interested in Hindu Dharma to engage in spiritual, cultural, social, activities. NetOHM strives to accommodate the various aspects of Santana Dharma to promote unity within our community.
What is the vision of NetOHM ?
NetOHM derives its inspiration from the Sanatana (eternal) Dharma.. NetOHM's vision emerges from great Vedic realizations like:
• Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (The entire creation is one family)
• Ekam Sat Viprah Bahuda Vadanti (Truth is One, sages call It by many names)
• Sarve Api Sukhina, Sarve Santu Niramayah (Let everybody be happy, healthy and blessed)

Is NetOHM affiliated /promote any particular religious sect/belief?
NetOHM is a Non-denominational organization. We promote the understanding and respect for all sects of Hindu Dharma. NetOHM only includes broad profiles of a variety of spiritual traditions.
How is NetOHM different from other Hindu organizations?
Other Hindu organizations may follow certain sects or gurus. NetOHM has no such distinctions.
Why should we join NetOHM?
Joining NetOHM will give you access to other like-minded individuals, and will give you an opportunity to help the Hindu community. You will establish an network of like minded friends across the country.
What is the concept of Seva is NetOHM?
NetOHM members seek community projects and use our assets/skills to aid them.The Seva projects can be done at chapter levels or at national level.
How many chapters are there?
Currently there are 3 NetOHM chapters in USA ( Boston , Houston , & New Jersey ) and several are in the process of starting .
What are the activities of a NetOHM chapter?
NetOHM is centered on different cities with branches where members congregate to have social gathering, practice meditation and discuss various philosophical attributes of Vedic style of existence and their implications in our day to day existence. The activities taken up by the chapters are based on the needs of the local members and is planned accordingly.
Study Centers

What is the procedure of joining NetOHM?
Anybody can join NetOHM in the following areas – Chapter Activities, Projects, i.e. AHAC.
How long has NetOHM been around?
It's been around since 2000.
Is there any membership dues?
There is No paid membership for NetOHM.SO, anybody who is part of the group
